Brief
Design a poster for A Kind of Supper Club, the first in a series of seasonal supper clubs hosted in the Courthouse Gallery, Ennistymon, created by Niamh Fox, Ashley Gribben & Tabitha Halliday.
The poster needed to be modular, so that it can be adapted for future suppers and seasons.

Approach
Picture a delicious and colourful dish of local produce, plated beautifully in a magical setting surrounded by the vibrant North Clare community. This feeling was the place I wanted to start creating from.
Just like the chefs, I kept the ingredients as the main focus and used a seasonal vegetable box from that week along with acrylic and oil pastel to print. The process was trial and error, drying and pressing, and the beauty emerged naturally.
